About The Company

A global financial company that recently moved into new CBD offices - thanks to the growth and expansion they are experiencing - are looking for an experienced .Net Developer to support and expand platform capabilities.
  

About This Opportunity

As a .Net Developer, you will work closely in a specialised, project-oriented team supporting and optimising the core platform and delivering bespoke projects using the latest technologies. The platform processes and stores large volumes of data, so knowledge of how data flows within a business is important.

Your day-to-day will consist of working with the development to handle customer tickets and build out new functionalities based on customer demand. You will need to communicate effectively with the customers, the technical teams, and the rest of the business. You will work in 2-week sprint tasks.

• Support ticket resolution and ensure a customer-centric approach
• Improve existing systems and deliver bespoke applications to support this

In order to succeed you should have:

• Development experience with C# .Net
• Understanding of .Net Web Forms
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and MVVM architecture - ideally you've also worked with ASP.Net Core
• Performance tuning experience - queries, stored procedures, functions, and indexing strategies
• Experience with Git and other source control tools
