The Company: With offices across the globe and a strong presence in Australia and Asia Pac, this leading FinTech offers a range of IT software solutions catering to the specific needs of their trading and investment clients.

The Role: As an IT Support Engineer you will be part of the APAC IT Services team, and your key responsibilities will be to:

• Support the Australian office in all aspects of IT
• Provide general IT desk-side assistance
• Set up laptops and desktops
• Deal with printer and scanner issues
• Work on  projects if needed

 You will need to be a fast learner with initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to help others.

You will need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relative discipline.
• Hands-on experience on Windows operating systems/ Desktop support 
• Sound knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals e.g. printers, scanners
• Working experience as a Windows Administrator or similar positions is an advantage
• Good communication abilities
