Our client is an established and growing FinTech organisation who are backed by heavy hitting investors and highly successful people within the Australian IT community. Boasting a technology and regulatory first platform, they are now looking to reach the next exciting milestone in their rapid growth by hiring a Developer to join their talented development team.
Working on back-end development projects, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most respected people in the business on a new transactional banking platform build. The platform is already enjoying huge success, having already signed up 40,000 live users with that number rising daily. This is a pure product development role which will see you working at the coalface in a CI/CD production environment.
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- A minimum of 2 years commercial Python Development experience - either Flask or Django preferred
- Relational database experience using postgreSQL
- Strong SQL skills - ideally with some exposure to SQLAlchemy
- Experience with the design, build and implementation of production systems
- Experience working with AWS
- Exposure to Unit testing
- Strong problem solving skills
