Are you a skilled Systems Administrator skilled with the implementation of Jobpac Software??

Our client has a strong focus on the delivery of Healthcare, Education and Commercial fitout projects nationally. With the rapid expansion of the business our client are creating a very large footprint in the market.

We are looking to appoint a Systems Administrator to implement the roll out of Jobpac software across the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implementation Jobpac software
• Setup active subcontract packs with retentions
• Entering of progress claims
• Implementation of procedures in MYOB
• Liaison with Accounts and finance team with balancing job costings
• Job forecasting
• Fortnightly construction reports and updates to clients

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Proficient with Jobpac software 
• Exposure to Procore would be advantageous
• Strong accounts background
• Highly skilled in time management 
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Be able to work well as part of a team
