The IT Services Manager role is both technical and business focused in nature, with the relationship management of key stakeholders and internal customers critical to it's success. The position is responsible for leading a small team of skilled IT staff across the business, as well as responsibility for vendor management. The role will provide strong project management and change leadership across its defined areas of responsibility, as well as contributing to the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap. A strong focus on collaboration and a desire to achieve shared success are key when working across the business.

With relevant tertiary qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience in an ICT Management role across Project Management and Change Leadership. Solid experience and knowledge in data governance and management, coupled with a passion for innovation and technological advancement are also essential requirements.
