Your role

The CRM Salesforce Manager is responsible for leading our project to transition to Lightning, integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud into our existing Sales Cloud ecosystem and marketing offer as well as delivering on a range of groundbreaking projects you will need to be driven and ready to deliver.

You will have a passion for the Salesforce product and project management, be nimble and innovative in your approach to solving problems and be dedicated to providing quality customer service.

You will be responsible for a team of Salesforce professionals and key accountabilities for the CRM Salesforce Manager are:

  • Product owner – responsible for the system, understanding of base level system admin
  • Traffic manager – estimating, managing and prioritising project and backlog work
  • Delivery manager – providing strong customer service and project management and ensuring that tasks and project get delivered
  • Driving adoption – accountable for the implementation and adoption of new Salesforce technologies (but also works through the project marketing sales and training manager)

What you will bring to the role

  • Salesforce experience
  • Bachelor of Business, Commerce or Science, IT and/or Management (or similar)
  • Formal project management qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills, a team player with the ability to work across a number of internal business units and the ability to relate to a variety of stakeholders
  •  Knowledge of agile methodologies, scrums and sprints
  • Fosters a positive attitude to change and learning
  •  Ability to address changing and competing priorities
