Our client, a large organisation, is looking for Platform as a Service Software DevOps Engineer for their cloud migration project.

Responsibilities:
Working across the spectrum of technologies to migrate existing applications into Platform as a Service - PaaS.

Skillsets and education required:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any discipline), or closely related field of study is preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience as a Senior Application Developer, Consultant, Software Engineer, or closely related occupation.
    • Demonstrated experience with DevOps best practices including CI/CD and automation and associated development.
    • Position also requires demonstrated experience with Public Cloud, PaaS, OAuth, C#, Java, TypeScript
    • Familiarity with development practices including Platform as a Service Providers such as Azure App Service, Cloud Foundry and Elastic Beanstak is desirable
Benefits:
  • 6 month contract with 6 month extension option
  • Suggested rate of $83 inclusive super per hour
