Our client is a successful and reputable technology company with a leading SaaS platform that provides intelligent search and automated workflow for professionals across the legal, conveyancing, banking, finance, insolvency, surveying, mercantile, accountancy and government sectors.

They are looking to hire an experienced Network & Systems Engineer who will be responsible in the design and configuration of the company's network technologies. The focus is on building a secure network infrastructure to meet their ISMS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration of on-premise firewall devices
• Configuration of LAN switching
• Configuration of wireless networking
• Active Directory administration and support
• AD Group policy development and deployment
• Deploy/manage secure internet proxy solution
• Third level support for office technology issues incl. network services, printers, and file storage
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Act as a backup resource for System Support Engineer as required
• Assist Infrastructure architect with AWS infrastructure configuration/support as required
• Assist in development of virtual desktop image
• Provide first class incident management, problem management and request fulfilment
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and testing
• Support risk and controls management
• Ensure all service requests are resolved within defined service levels and according to their priority
• Responsible for Systems Administration and Network Support requests
• Liaise with external suppliers of IT systems and products
• Ability to support and troubleshoot Mobile Devices

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in in IT infrastructure roles including Servers, Network Communications, Printers, and desktops
• Experience in working with Cisco firewalls, Aruba switches and Active Directory environment
• Demonstrate strong understanding of IT infrastructure design, interdependencies and security
• Experiencing in creating and deploying images to Windows desktops and notebooks
• Experience with VLAN design and configuration
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), high level of professionalism and maturity and the ability to manage stressful situations
• AWS cloud experience
