A leading global organization is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager | Service Delivery Manager to join their team.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multiple technical services across large organizations. Taking a hands on approach to projects delivering the scope, plan and managing the delivery, whilst having the ability to manage projects across multiple locations where you may not be situated.

Although the role has a strong technical element to it, you will also be developing key stakeholder relationships within the business to enable smooth transition of IT projects in accordance to appropriate governance and architectural principals, whilst having the ability to come up with creative solutions and work arounds.

You will have an excellent familiarity with solution delivery methods, techniques and mechanisms.

Skill set / experience needed:

• 7+ Years’ experience in a similar Technical Delivery Manager capacity
• Prince2 or PMBOK certified
• Extensive experience delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent understanding of solution delivery methods, techniques and mechanisms
• Ability to deliver projects on time and to budget
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, as you will be working with key stakeholders within the business
• Ability to take leadership and own projects
• Excellent understanding of CRMs and Internal Systems
• Excellent Communication Skills
