About the Role
As a senior member of the team you will work in an Agile development environment to deliver improvements to the Air Maestro software application. Specialising in web and mobile device application development, you will use your skills to deliver new functionality and bug fixes, according to specification and budget.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and improve Air Maestro software.
- Work closely with Customer Support Manager and Software Development Manager to prioritise enhancements and bugs.
- Estimate required effort for development tasks.
- Participate in customer meetings requiring developer engagement.
- Design and scope product enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
Key Technical Skills
- 3+ years ASP.NET experience
- C#, HTML5, JavaScript, VB.NET (valuable but not essential)
- Client-side framework experience working with tools such as jQuery, Angular and React
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
- Agile Development exposure
- .NET Framework, Visual Studio

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Customer centric approach
- Experience working collaboratively within a development team, contributing ideas and providing support to junior developers when required.
