The Position

St John of God Health Care Digital & Technology is currently embarking on a journey of transformation and change and we are seeking innovative and motivated Business Partners to join our team.

Reporting to the Group Manager Digital Enablement & Change, you will be a senior, strategic relationship manager who will play a pivotal role at the nexus between the Digital & Technology team and our customers; our hospital and divisions. You will be a key partner in ensuring the digital strategy is integrated into our customer’s longer-term plans and contribute to business and technology strategies to enhance and build relationships.

This role is critical in providing coaching and strategic advice to business leaders, which will enable them to articulate their needs and advance overall business performance.

We currently have one permanent full-time position available.

The successful candidate will have:

• Ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in contributing to development of IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience influencing senior executives and developing and presenting business cases.
• Proven excellent relationship building and maintenance skills and demonstrated ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels, and maximise access to decision makers and influencers
• The ability to network, work collaboratively and win the trust of peers and senior leaders.
• Excellent influencing and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to think laterally and quantitatively about business problems, breaking down problems and presenting solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option.
• Demonstrated range of interpersonal, verbal and written communication, professional and negotiation skills with a facilitative style of management that motivates and encourages trust, initiative and teamwork.
• Ability to effectively build commitment and win support and resources for initiatives at multiple levels both inside and outside the organisation.
• Ability to recognise development needs, create opportunities and provide support for career advancement.
• Ability to establish priorities with clear goals and responsibilities.
