This company sells and installs technology solutions across the country, this role working within the Professional Services department offers huge variety and experience working with varied clients

Responsibilities:

• Travel to clients site including sometimes multiple offices to conduct user training and general post sales duties with operational staff
• Work with clients to gain client business requirements to ensure accuracy and transparency in scope and deliverables
• Work with the client on requirements and make suggestions based on an understanding of their needs and provide a simple & elegant solution
• Ensure product is fully tested
• Manage project administration to ensure deadlines, deliverables, business requirements, cost forecasts, and governance are met
• Develop high quality documentation, materials, and tools which support project delivery
• Be the primary point of contact between Operations, the wider business, customers, vendors and partners

Candidates should have:

• Around 1-2 years in Business Analyst role or related field
• Presentable with an ability to make others feel at ease, 50% of time will be spent doing training operational staff
• Must be able to travel to rural NSW and work weekends
• Smart, must be able to differentiate between business requirements and needs
• Ability to write documentation well and have high attention to details in testing
• Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Visio and MS Project and strong MS Excel
