Haileybury is seeking an IT Project Coordinator at its Keysborough campus. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing as soon as possible.
The IT Project Coordinator is a member of the Information Systems Team and is responsible for maintenance, training and process improvement in relation to Information Systems and applications considered essential to Haileybury’s Academic and Administrative operations, including the delivery and maintenance of the related documentation for our student management database, and the end-to-end running of projects.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated ability to lead project activities
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with end users, be able to understand their specific requirements and consult on capabilities
- Strong ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows, then design and implement a solution
- Established training presentation and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in tight timeframes and constantly changing priorities
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience providing IT support in a multi-site, mid to large sized organization
- At least 5 years experience in the field or in a related area.
General Information

- This position is full-time. Standard work hours are 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday at Haileybury’s Keysborough campus. This position requires flexibility to operate outside the standard hours and across our other campuses when the situation requires.
