Our client is one of Australia's leading regional banks. They are an ASX 100 listed company with an impressive reputation.
About the role
We are seeking a Portfolio Coordinator to join a large transformation portfolio of with a budget of $50M. You will support five Project Managers across ten projects with multiple vendors in a hands-on role, where you will demonstrate your ability as a natural team player, possess great initiative and have a willingness to wear many hats in order to support a successful outcome.
This will be a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover a member of staff away on maternity leave.
Skills & Experience
- Highly demonstrated experience in a similar role within large scale projects or portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple e projects and Project Managers concurrently.
- Previous experience in the finance sector - preferred.
- Sound knowledge of the project management lifecycle, project deliverables, standard project tools, controls, quality standards and project methodologies.
- PMIS tools experience favourable.
- Ability to deal with situations diplomatically and maintain integrity of confidential material.
- Strong and confident communication skills (both written & oral) displaying sound business acumen.
- Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint.
- Multifaceted project/program reporting.
