ProjectSource focus on the provision of talented IT project resources and their expertise to ensure successful delivery within scope, time and budget.
ProjectSource are currently working with a market leading wealth management company as they embark on a business and IT transformation of their investment management and securitisation business.
The program has multiple streams focusing on technology innovation as they look to automate and streamline processes.
The Lead BA will play a key part in advising the business in suitable delivery methods covering approaches in both Agile and Waterfall for each of the project streams, helping to define the approach moving forward. You will also play the lead role in business analysis throughout the project.
Required Experience:
- Business Analysis experience 10 years + of which 5 years should be in a senior role
- Any experience with securitisation, mortgages, risk is advantageous. Wealth management or financial services as a minimum.
- Demonstrated experience across projects working in an Agile environment.
- An expert at eliciting and documenting business requirements and other project documentation
- Experience with Jira and other project tools
- Ability to engage and manage business and technical stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
This is a 12 month contract paying top of the market rates and is located in Sydney CBD.
