Due to continued growth, we are looking for two Senior Lead Business Analysts with a proven track record with Life Insurance products and regulations to join this leading consulting group.
Your key focus will be the successful delivery of projects that meet deadlines, delight clients and provide outstanding results. Utilizing your end to end Business Analysis experience, you will run workshops and presentations with clients and key stakeholders to understand, analyse and interpret business needs.
To be successful in this role, you can demonstrate:
- Solid experience in Business Analysis in a Life Insurance environment, including an in-depth understanding of retail Life Insurance products and regulations
- Strong client facing experience, including stakeholder management and client engagement
- Any previous experience working for a consulting company would be ideal
- Ability to meet changing business priorities in an Agile environment
- Experience planning, running and creating workshops and presentations
- Knowledge of Life Insurance systems such as Life/400, Integral or similar would be highly regarded
- Degree qualifications in IT, Business or a related discipline
