Change manager with background in social services/non-profits needed to work on reform program.
Your new company
You will be working for a federal government agency that provides over $20 billion in social services to support hundreds of thousands of individuals and their families.
Your new role
As a change manager, you will be working to improve the enterprise level change management capability of the organisation. You will:
- Design and implement change management activities to ensure the smooth and effective introduction of new processes
- Plan, coordinate and deliver detailed change impact assessments and plans
- Prepare change sponsors to lead the change effectively
- Support the coordination of change management activities in conjunction with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, workforce planning and communications teams
- Track and evaluate change management activities and propose recommendations for continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Previous experience working with social services or non-profits
- Experience working on large scale projects and building strong relationships
- Experience in a legislated and regulatory environment is desirable
- Australian PR or Citizenship is required as entry level checks will be conducted
