Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will join our Digital Team to optimise BankVic’s digital assets, including website, forms, app and internet banking. You will own the member experience across various digital channels and advocate for the member at all times. By delivering an enhanced online experience for members and prospects, you will drive a measurable uplift in member satisfaction, acquisition and retention. You will act as the interface between the business and delivery teams, supporting campaigns and BAU activities, take the lead on identifying new tools and capabilities while being able to flex between analytics and reporting and developing a deep understanding of our members and member journeys.

You’re somewhat of a creative tech nut that likes to think outside the box. You love what you do and you have an affinity for finding creative solutions to any problem. Seasoned with all things in the digital marketing tech space including content management systems, online forms tools, web analytics and web development and with solid HTML and CSS skills you love to share your knowledge and collaborate in a supportive team environment that empowers you to go forth and pave the way. You have the tools to drive change and ensure every member receives the ‘Banking with Heart’ experience.

You in a nutshell

• You have a tertiary level qualification in a Marketing/Media or Communications related discipline or equivalent industry experience
• You have a background  operating in an agency environment
• You have capabilities in user experience, digital marketing or in the digital product owner space
• You have exposure working in the financial services sector
• You have proven experience leading web development initiatives
