The Client:
My client is a multinational organisation, who is located in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. They are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Officer to join their energetic team.
The Role:
This role will report to an accomplished IT Manager on a full time permanent basis.
- Provide highly developed customer service and support to users to solve incidents within a Windows 7 environment
- Manage competing priorities between inbound calls and queue management within the enterprise ticketing system to ensure services are delivered within expected time frames
- Day to day user account administration in Active Directory 2008, 2012 and Exchange 2010/13
- Maintain the hardware and software asset database
- Provide remote support to staff working away from offices
- Provide VPN support
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar Helpdesk Role
- Experience providing Level 1 & 2 support within a Windows 7 environment
- Hands on experience with Active Directory 2008, 2012 and Exchange 2010/13
- Interpersonally, you are a team player who enjoys working within a team environment
- Ability to work within a high volume IT support environment
