We are currently seeking an experienced Managed Services Delivery Co-ordinator to join our business in a key role.   As the Managed Services Delivery Coordinator, you will manage and support tickets of works, provide technical support, expertise and customer service to our external customers Optus, Vodafone and NBN.

About the role

As the Managed Services Delivery Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include:

• To manage any incidents/outages as part of our Clients GDC operations which support LTE, RAN, TXMN and Satellite networks in WA.
• To ensure that outages involved with any incidents are resolved timely within the defined SLA.
• To track the planned events in the network and present the management team with daily incident reports and preventive actions.
• Act as the central point of communication/coordination within the Service Delivery team.
• Remote support to field maintenance teams in solving issues at network sites.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to the project team and our remote sub-contracting partners.
• Attend weekly staff/client meetings for progress reviews.
• Plan,  quote, schedule, implement and close Reactive/Preventive/Corrective works.
• Establish and maintain short/long range schedules and forecasts including all resources, material and personnel.
• Manage key sub-contracting partners to improve delivery and business flexibility.
• Manage daily activities and training where required of all field Technicians and Riggers to ensure safety and work practices are optimized.
• Attention to detail, and accuracy in all completed project documentation by ensuring all job tracking and PM tools are updated.
• Promote the Company, its objectives and contribute to its profitability and growth.

Skills and experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Min 3 years of Telecommunications experience
• Recent work experience in the local market
• Demonstrated successful project deployment and employee management
• Proven Nokia, Huawei and Ericsson equipment knowledge.
• Experience working on Nokia and Ericsson systems.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to interpret "Engineering" & "For Construction" drawings and compile related quotes
• Ability to convert "Engineering" & "For construction" drawings into Operational execution
• RF Electromagnetic Radiation Hazard (RADHAZ) Awareness   
• Work Safely at Heights
• Construction Card                                                               
• Apply First Aid
• Flexible to travel locally and interstate
• Have a manual drivers licence
