PM-Partners is currently seeking a pre–sales and delivery focused Intergration Solutions Architect for this contract, customer facing role that requires the ability to recognize gaps in customer capabilities and to translate them into business requirements and an execution strategy. 

Role Information:
The Solutions Integration Architect customer facing role that requires the ability to recognize gaps in customer capabilities and to translate them into business requirements and an execution strategy. The SIA is expected to translate single solutions into repeatable solutions that can be leveraged across a larger customer base.

This contract position focuses on identification of opportunities that are possible and practical as part of a longer-term account strategy and roadmap. Executes and implements by leading cross services delivery organizations for AS-wide engagements. Is program-or project-oriented.

In this role you use your skills and experience:

  • Applying understanding of product line horizontal, or cross-architectural, solutions to develop repeatable business level proposals. 
  • Leveraging multiple technologies to create specific solutions for customers as required
  • Creates opportunities by Identifying gaps in customers’ capabilities and relating them to business and technical architectures 
  • Lead and deliver business solution road-maps - current and future state - for assigned customers. 
  • Provides direction to and coordinates efforts of engineers and Solution Architects across all Services. 

Skills Required to be considered for this role.

  • Ability to be a trusted advisory. Influence, instill confidence, building deep and enduring relationships with key executives
  • demonstrated ability to position and propose solutions. 
  • Proven experience defining outcomes-based solutions
  • Core skills in: problem solving, negotiating, business writing, customer relationship management, effective presentation, and active listening. 
  • Hands-on technical and consultative experience in multiple industries (e.g., retail, financial) and at the same time across several disciplines such as Data Centre, Security, Collaboration). 
  • Proactive effort made to understand industry strategies, business challenges
  • Knowledgeable in IT operations processes (e.g., ITIL) 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Services Portfolio of offerings. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify gaps and drive innovation solutions that close the gaps identified.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory environment, policies, and industry requirements specific to customers served (i.e. HIPAA, FISMA, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.)
  • Demonstrated skill delivering long term, strategic business relationships.
  • Good understanding of finance and P&L process and standards.

Education, senior level skills and commercial experience required:

  • Experience leading multiple projects through the Software development process or Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), 
  • An undergraduate degree (or equivalent). MS or MBA is preferred. 
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in customer focused roles, within delivery, IT, pre-sales. 
  • Requires proven and effective leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
