We are looking for an experienced Change & Communications Officer to work for an industry-leading retailer in Brisbane. This is a 6 month initial contract with high chance of extensions. This role will suit any Change & Communications professional who has experience working on SAP projects, particularly those with experience supporting execution activities for Cyber Security Program.

Key responsibilities:

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Manage the development, documentation, and maintenance of program and project communications plans;
• Work on communications and change planning and execution activities for the IS Cyber Security Program;
• Financial continuous improvement & strategy change;
• Coordinate stakeholders, where required, project and program activities.
• Program & Project Change Management, including documenting and assessing requirements, conducting training and coordinating post-implementation activities;
• Ensuring processes, tool, project artefacts are handed over to the business so they can operate moving forward.

Key skills/ experience required:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills;
• Documentation and requirement assessment skills;
• Experience in communications and change management.
