The Digital team specialise in solving complex customer problems by providing customised and intuitive web-based and mobile software solutions. We seamlessly blend user experience, web design, software engineering, website testing and project management with a focus on delivering compelling and engaging websites that are robust, scalable and efficient. 

WSP Digital teams are in multiple locations around the globe, with expertise in User Experience Design, Business Analysis, Technical Architecture, Software Engineering, Website Development, Mobile Development and Infrastructure hosting and support. 
Due to an exciting project, we are currently seeking a Support Desk Consultant to join our digital team in Melbourne. 

This position is a permanent role assisting with the management of our level 2 support desk and support tickets (Freshdesk) you will ideally have 3 to 5 years in a similar support role, key activities are:
  • Customer interaction including scheduling and running meetings Triage support tickets
  • Manage the support ticketing system (Freshdesk) 
  • Communicating technical issues in an easy to understand manner both in writing and verbally Maintain existing, and create new support contracts Reporting and maintaining documentation 
  • Work with project teams to oversee support related deployments
  • Gather requirements and generate quotes for project enhancement works
