The Opportunity
Join our Agile coaching practice where you will be empowered and encouraged to innovate and experiment to develop and maintain a growth mindset across the organization.
The Role
What do we do? Work collaboratively to improve the outcomes generated by of our 50+ agile crews (cross functional teams) across
Australia and New Zealand.
What does success look like? Continuous improvement in our team engagement, crew outcomes, engineering quality and operational effectiveness
How do we do it?
1) Deeply engage with our crews (e.g. multi-week agile ‘coaching dojos’) and analyse crew-level and systemic excellence and opportunities for improvement
2) Challenge, coach and mentor crews and individuals to better align with desired engineering vision
3) Help define and refine our ‘future makers’ vision of MYOB’s engineering excellence.
Thereby you will take a proactive role in contributing to a happy, healthy culture where people feel valued, can do their best work and have fun while doing it!
What will you bring?
- Experience in an Agile coaching capacity (e.g. Iteration Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach)
- Excellent understanding of Agile and Lean, continuous planning, fast feedback, incremental/iterative development and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships
- Proven ability to train, mentor, coach and facilitate teams and people
