7+ month contract to coordinate an enterprise level portfolio within a well known Automotive company

Your new company
You will be joining an internationally recognised Automotive retailer that has customers and innovation at the forefront of their business plans.

Your new role
The need has arisen for a Portfolio Coordinator to support the Portfolio Management team. This role requires a high level overview of all current and pipelined projects across the entire IT unit. You will be responsible for trend reporting, financial tracking, rolling out new standards and managing project templates/documentation. You will be interacting with senior stakeholders and business managers so you must be articulate, confident and presentable.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience coordinating large scale portfolios (in excess of 200 concurrent projects) is essential. You must also be confident liaising with a range of different stakeholders across IT and senior management and be confident in both waterfall and agile methodologies. From a technical standpoint, you must be familiar with Project Portfolio Management tools (preference is Planview) and SAP. Previous experience conducting financial tracking and planning will also be highly regarded.

What you'll get in return
Initial contract until March 2019 however the position is planned to be with the company for the next 18 months at least. Day rate circa $600 + super.
