Organisational Change Manager with a good understanding of data/compliance required. You will support the change and adoption activities associated with the compliance to the new legislation that has been implemented across this blue-chip enterprise. (GDPR)
 
You will be responsible for

• Plan and develop project communications and other information material to prepare the user base
• Plan, develop & deliver user training for the project users, specifically focused on changes in the system and business process as a result of the system upgrade.
• Stakeholder management
• Develop detailed change impact assessment, communications plan and training needs analysis
• Development of training strategy and planning documentation and manage the training delivery

You will have

• 5 years plus in Change Management
• Experience managing a team to design and deliver systems user training
• Ability to define, design, develop and deliver change and training products.
• Well-developed project organisational skills and the proven ability to work with cross-discipline teams across a complex multi-faceted Project.
• A sound understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• GDPR (GDPR is the compliance to legislation that relates to the storing of personal data) experience would be highly preferable.
