As a Software Engineer you’llreport to the Project Software Engineering Lead where you will be…
- Designing, testing and debugging in Java within an agile development team
- Deploying software into both Windows and Linux environments
- Interpreting and communicating complex information internally and externally
- Collaborating effectively with project and engineering colleagues
- Enjoying opportunities to exercise autonomy and share your ideas
You’ll be supported in understanding the project with its frameworks and development environment so you can become a productive and integral member of the team.
You will hold a relevant Bachelor degree and have two to four years’ experience in Java development. You will also enjoy communicating with internal and external customers.

While not essential, previous Defence experience may have exposed you to the ASDEFCON contracting framework and CASG or the major Defence Primes. What is essential is a positive attitude and the professional satisfaction you derive from your work.
