Our client is a technology leader in their industry and are currently going through extensive expansion. They are a business that is well regarded in the Melbourne market and is a house hold name. They are looking for a Level 2 Application support Analyst. This is permanent role based in the South East suburb.
  
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Applications and ERP (Level 2)
- Resolving Incident, Problems and Requests
- Supporting development and project activities
- Supporting the production and development environments
- SQL and Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
- SQL queries
- Work with ITSM tools
- Completed the installation, upgrade & migration of application software on customer servers
- Worked with Microsoft SQL Server & T-SQL, to extract data from application software

  
As the successful applicant you will possess:
- 1-3 years’ experience working in an Application Support or Systems Administration role
- Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer-facing, interpersonal, communications skills
- Drive to achieve outcomes together with good organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of ITIL
- Good understanding of web, database and application servers
