Our Client is a flourishing business that has integrated a number of merged entities into the group. They are now undertaking a large infrastructure build project that requires a dedicated, hands on Support Officer to carry out important environment tasks to ensure the project meets it's deadline.

This role will join an existing team of Support professionals to work on an in-house environment.  The person will initially work as part of a project, but will transition to business as usual at a later stage. 

The project will involve a large, new ERP build as well as warehousing and infrastructure environment change.  

This presents a great opportunity for someone that likes to keep busy within a tech environment.  


To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for:

• Commercial experience in an environment greater than 400 users. 
• Experience in Windows systems support
• Experience in POS systems - hardware and software
• Experience with remote support tools mandatory.
• Solid documentation and ITIL, AD, Exchange Server, Desktop, Networking protocols
• Exposure with devices, highly regarded
• Ability to work on call logging systems
• Ability to resolve at first instance, first and second level support to users via the phone.

The person must be extremely customer focused and be a team player. 

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Demonstrate reliability and dedication to work.

Salary range $70-$75k package (base + super)
