About the Role
 
Our Federal Government client is seeking a Data Centre/Infrastructure Engineer with experience in designing, building, maintaining and documenting all aspects of the Data Centre infrastructure across multiple data centres. The role will require you to lead and/or assist with planning and execution of migration activities for both physical and virtual environments as well as developing solution designs and following up with direct involvement in the solutions implementation.

About You

The ideal candidate will hold relevant tertiary ICT qualifications or a high level of demonstrated skills and experience in this specialisation. A minimum of 4+ years' of cabling experience in Data Centre deployments is required along with a strong solution design and hands-on deployment within the data centre environment.
You must hold a high level of communication ability as the role will provide specialist advice for projects and BAU teams to ensure best practice implementations as well as regularly liaising with project stakeholders and ICT stakeholders as necessary.
