Our client is a global leader within the Financial Services industry who is currently experiencing exponential growth within the Australian-market.
Newly created position have become available within operations for Process Analyst who are looking to expand and develop their skills.

The Role
Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will work closely with the Process and Business SME’s. Your role will include, documentation, design, publishing and maintenance of current state processes as well as contributing to process improvement initiatives, document existing workflow and identify opportunities for future state improvements.

Your positive energy and can do attitude along with experience in the following, is essential:

• 1+ years’ experience as a Process Analyst;
• Process mapping experience using Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• High attention to detail and organisation skills; and.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
