We are working with a reputable client looking for a Level 1/2 Helpdesk Support. As the office is increasing its staff across the board, they are looking to bring a Helpdesk Support person for a 4-6 weeks initally.
About the role:
The person will be assisting with Microsoft, Email and Password issues, Printer connectivity and Archiving.
The volume of calls is around 600-700 calls and 350 emails per month between a small team.
They are needing a person that has a strong understanding of ServiceNow, as they are using it as their call logging system and MS Dynamics AX as they are using it for their ERP.
