Cater Care is one of Australia’s largest catering and facilities management providers. With more than 150 active sites across the country, we specialise in services to aged care facilities, schools and remote mining establishments.

We are currently recruiting for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our technology team based in our head office in Parramatta.

Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls to support desk and dealing with calls appropriately
  
• Network and hardware support; including desktops/laptops, printers, connectivity, TVs and video conferencing
  
• Conducting remote support sessions with staff who are working in isolated locations
  
• Network maintenance and the management of data backups
  
• Support of landlines and mobiles, as well as mobile internet connectivity
  

Desired skills and experience:

• 1-2 years experience in IT support including hardware and networks
  
• Experience with Windows Server infrastructure and Active Directory
  
• First class customer service skills
  
• Experience with administering Google Mail would be highly regarded
  
• Any experience in MCSA or CCNA would be highly regarded
  
• Flexibility in working varying hours where needed
