A new 6 month contract opportunity is currently available for a Project Coordinator to join our large telecommunication client,
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting successful delivery of key customer projects under the direction of the Program Manager as well as deal with a varied range of stakeholders, manage detailed project plans and reports, and coordinate key stakeholder and governance meetings.
To be carefully considered for this role, we are seeking to engage a candidate demonstrating the following key technical and professional competencies as discussed,
· 3-5 years of experience supporting Project Managers in the delivery of development projects
· Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products
· Strong background in project coordination or management
· Proven ability to reliably and professionally organise and manage project meetings and forums
· Demonstrated experience preparing, checking and communicating project status and exception reports
· Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
· Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
· Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
· Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
