You're smart, hungry and you've got the drive to deliver a world-class product to market. You're passionate about customer experience, commercial success, data-driven decisions and all things online. You understand strategy, positioning, online sales, marketing, on-boarding and customer success, as well as software development. Most of all, you thrive on making software products great, and the user experience exceptional in every way possible. 

What does it take to be a Noggin?

You're tertiary qualified plus you've had practical, hands-on experience creating great software products that are useful and resilient. You know exactly what it takes in terms of design and development to deliver an exceptional user experience and product. You're a leader, a doer and a collaborator who knows how to push a product through each phase of its life-cycle and become a (game changing) reality.

As a product manager, you have significant success in defining and delivering enterprise software solutions that have succeeded in the commercial market. Because of your stellar communication and influencing skills, you're also particularly adept at bringing your product team and key stakeholders along the journey too. Lastly, you have a strong appreciation of and ability to influence product strategy but you're also comfortable getting down into the trenches with your team and pushing a product through to production.

What does success look like in this role?

During your first three months, you'll focus on becoming conversant with our company, solutions and the industries we operate in. After 6 months you'll be comfortable leading the delivery of each and every feature and module in line with our road-map. You'll most likely have identified a few opportunities for improvement too. By the end of your first year, you will have a long list of successes behind you (and the user feedback to prove it) with a clear product road map for the following 12 months in place. Further to this, you will have established yourself as the go-to for all things product management at Noggin and our executive team will have every confidence in your ability to ensure that we deliver a best-in-class product to market.
