Immediate Need for Experienced Salesforce Administrator with Property Client in Sydney CBD
Your new company
Currently operating across Australia my client is a leader in facilities and property management with a prime location in the Sydney CBD.
Your new role
My client is looking for a proven Salesforce Administrator to join their growing IT department to provide expert support and administration of their Salesforce CRM environment. You will be the SME for anything Salesforce related, responding to requests in a timely manner. You will undertake reporting, user administration and work closely with stakeholders both in Australia and overseas. This is a dynamic role with the opportunity to make your own.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Salesforce Administrator within a corporate environment, past experience in training business end users within the Salesforce CRM, creating documentation and adding to the knowledge base.
To be the right candidate for this role you must have be a Salesforce Certified Administrator. You will also demonstrate working with & managing offshore teams whilst undertaking additional ad-hoc duties. You will have the ability to work autonomously, strong time management skills and a pro-active approach to how you work. Due to the nature of the role strong communication skills both written and verbal are paramount for success in this role.
