As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for successfully developing new business opportunities within the Australian enterprise market. In this strategic selling role you will help to scope, design and develop customised applications for your customers, typically selling to CDO's, CMO's, CIO's, IT and Apps Managers in the Financial Industry.

• The Successful Profile

Ideally tertiary qualified, you will have a demonstrated track record of selling digital transformation solutions for the past 3+ years with a strong network of contacts you can leverage. You will have a thorough understanding of digital strategy, product and service consulting in Financial Industry.

Description

  • Clear leadership of sales opportunities from identification to close
  • Consistent lead nurturing tools and techniques
  • The building of a sustainable pipeline covering target achievement and stage maturity leading to conversion of opportunities to won deals
  • Managing all internal and external stakeholders through the sales process
  • Work with the Professional Services and Customer Success teams to manage an effective and smooth handover for ongoing program operation.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence in helping drive the sales function

Profile

  • Deep and demonstrable experience of solution selling
  • An understanding of software solutions and IT offerings.
  • Experience selling to financial Services sector.
  • Able to hunt for new opportunities by yourself through any and all channels
  • A network of contacts within the target horizontal that we are selling
  • You have led responses to multi-million dollar RFPs and RFQs
