Due to continued growth across the business, we are seeking a Pronto Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting newly created role where you will play a key role in a wide range of business improvement strategies with the goal of achieving business outcomes. As a Pronto Analysts for the Gasweld business, your key roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing pronto related business improvement strategies
- Resolve and provide technical support on all pronto related issues
- Resolving accounting errors
- Liaise with ERP vendors and clients
- Develop training material and documentation to educate and up-skill Pronto users across the business
- Integration and upgrades
- Analyse financial data
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in a similar role. Detailed knowledge and understanding of the system pronto is essential. Experience with POS in a retail capacity is highly regarded with purchasing, advanced warehouse and manufacturing experience also being advantageous. Excellent technical problem solving skills with strong stakeholder communication are also compulsory skills required to be successful in this role.
