The Department for Education is seeking an experienced Customer Support Officer to deliver timely and effective first level ICT Service desk support services across all Education sites and services. Providing consistent solutions to user problems, and assisting with the investigation and resolution of more complex issues, as appropriate under the guidance of the Senior Customer Support Officers.
Special Conditions: The successful applicant will be required to gain a Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI) child-related employment screening prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every three years.
