The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot and identify both software and hardware issues. The position is primarily office based, however does require travel and face to face customer support.

Essential:

Experience in SQL script
Advanced skill with Excel
Drivers Licence and car.

Desirable:

Previous Application Support experience
Report Design (Report Builder/Crystal Report)
Writing technical documentations and User Guides
Previous experience in the Healthcare industry
Previous customer training
