THE OPPORTUNITY
Seeking an Application Support Analyst to support the business with administrating an enterprise SharePoint site. Your responsibilities will include the support of the application development team as well as support services to EML’s business groups.
You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients as well as liaise with both our onshore and offshore development teams.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience of managing and developing SharePoint instances, preferably using SharePoint Online
- Strong SharePoint administration skills
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and workflows
- Excellent organisational ability including the use of effective time management
- Advanced influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA
