A rare opportunity has presented for a forward-thinking Wintel Engineer to join a progressive IT brand in Sydney's CBD.

Working within a small and dedicated IT team who prides itself on delivering an excellent level of customer service you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Service Desk Support
• Vendor escalation
• System monitoring
• Proactive system maintenance

Maintain & administer the following areas:

• Exchange On-Line/Office365 Tenancy
• Active Directory
• Windows Desktop (laptops, virtual machines)
• Windows Server (IaaS)
• Hardware support (thin clients, laptops, iPads, mobile phones)
• Networking (including WIFI)
• Telephony and mobile device experience
• Antivirus / Anti-malware experience

Highly Desirable

• Virtual environment (VMware Horizon DaaS)
• SharePoint Administration
• Scripting (PowerShell)
• SQL Server
• Backup Systems (Shadow Protect)
• ManageEngine Suite
• Mitel phone system
