​​​​​​Role

Coordinate multiple implementation projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. 

Duties

• Implementation of instrument enhancements and development on Qualtrics.
• Tracking of changes, version control and change request management for templates
• Operation of testing procedures to ensure error-free templates and projects
• Co ordination of PBC instruments; overseas and within Australia (by client relationship)
• Day-to-day communication with clients to ensure their project needs are being met
• Communicate project milestones to internal and external clients
• Assist in the management of resources to achieve project milestones
• Scripting of questionnaires and set up of surveys in appropriate online environment
• Quality control process to ensure reports are error free
• Responsible for timely delivery of milestones within instrument projects
• Meeting deadlines
• Error-free work

Your Skills

Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications focusing on Excel
• Base understanding of HTML or similar computing languages

Desirable

• Qualtrics
• Microsoft 365
• Sales Processes / CRM Management
• PHP and/or Python or similar scripting knowledge
