Responsibilities include:
  • Taking inbound calls from internal staff with technical issues
  • Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve technical inquiries when possible and escalate when necessary
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Exceptional customer service with clear communication
  • A friendly and helpful personality 
  • Experience trouble shooting technical inquiries
