Pioneering Australian owned health organisation, now looking for an experienced Systems Administrator based in St Leonards.

The Role

• Installing new hardware, services and systems as required
• Perform systems, hardware and firmware upgrades on equipment
• Assists Systems Engineers with business projects as required
• Monitor systems daily and verify the integrity and availability off all hardware, serve resources, software and systems
• Manage Active Directory users, computers and Domain policies
• Verify the completion and normal operation of all backup activities
• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
• Perform ongoing performance tuning and hardware upgrades as required
• Maintain up to date patching of all serves and related software
• Communicate outages and/or maintenance windows to user groups as appropriate

Technical background:

• Full Microsoft Stack
• HP Hardware Support - Desktops, Laptops, Mobile, Printers
• Networks Admin - , Administering WAN/LAN
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
• Understanding of SOE & Change Control processes
• MCP, MCSA, MSCE or MCITP would be desirable

The Ideal Candidate should:

• Have a strong understanding of how to operate in a fast moving support nd infrastructure environment
• Be able to demonstrate strong trouble shooting experience in a similar sized or larger environment supporting multiple sites. (An MSP background would be highly regarded)
• Have a wealth of hands on experience with windows domain server /AD
• Be confident and well versed in Administering WAN/LAN
• Possess strong experience across Microsoft support (AD, GP, Windows 7/8, Office, Outlook)
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
