Based in Kurnell, an exciting opportunity exists for a sophisticated and intuitive Senior Support Analyst to join the innovative IT Team, reporting to the IT Systems & Support Manager. What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Advanced knowledge and experience administrating desktop applications. Including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management
• Good familiarity with and management experience within Unix/ Linux environments
• Previous Shell scripting experience advantageous
• Professional communication skill, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously, providing leadership to other team members.
• General enthusiasm to learn new things, and engage on new projects
• Strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate initiative as required

What you will do in this role:

• Support of our employees, providing strong leadership for the wider IT support team
• Triage and manage the completion and escalation of support cases, making sure users and the business are kept up to date with regular progress updates
• Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support to employees and contractors as required
• Assist in the creation and management of user accounts, including system permissions and security
• Monitor and audit the health and availability of core business systems in a proactive manner
• Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Engage with the Dicker Data teams in a clear and professional manner
• Participate in training and documentation of systems as required
• Promote open and mutually beneficial sharing of knowledge between the team and the wider business
