YOUR NEW ROLE:
- Operate as the leader, ensuring high levels of consistency to global standards in IT process, methodology and tools.
- Responsible for Financial Management i.e. Cost Leadership, Revenue and Operating Profit, Cash/Capital and Management to Budget, Sustainable Productivity and Forecasting Accuracy.
- Benchmarking to industry competition.
- People Management and Employee Communications by achieving targets and KPI’s within the SLA’s.
- Succession Planning and Retention by maintaining industry standards.
- Performance Feedback and assessment for key staff.
- Client/Customer management.
- Ensure transitions occur seamlessly
YOU WILL BRING:
- Extensive experience with the IT Service Desk area.
- Strong experience in transition, transformation and innovation of a Service Desk.
- Deep technical knowledge of Enterprise level Service Desk Operations.
- ITILv3
- Process development and people management skills.
- Strong experience with employee training and development, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service.
- Excellent skills, analytical and problem solving expertise.
