YOUR NEW ROLE:

  • Operate as the leader, ensuring high levels of consistency to global standards in IT process, methodology and tools.
  • Responsible for Financial Management i.e. Cost Leadership, Revenue and Operating Profit, Cash/Capital and Management to Budget, Sustainable Productivity and Forecasting Accuracy.
  • Benchmarking to industry competition.
  • People Management and Employee Communications by achieving targets and KPI’s within the SLA’s.
  • Succession Planning and Retention by maintaining industry standards.
  • Performance Feedback and assessment for key staff.
  • Client/Customer management.
  • Ensure transitions occur seamlessly

YOU WILL BRING:

  • Extensive experience with the IT Service Desk area.
  • Strong experience in transition, transformation and innovation of a Service Desk.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Enterprise level Service Desk Operations.
  • ITILv3
  • Process development and people management skills.
  • Strong experience with employee training and development, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service.
  • Excellent skills, analytical and problem solving expertise.
