- 2- month contract
- Located in Bowen Hills
Responsibilities
- Providing first and second level technical support to users
- Recording, classifying and tracking helpdesk incidents and service requests
- Monitoring open helpdesk incidents and service requests and tracking their progress towards resolutions against specified service targets
- Ensuring effective Communications between the Service Desk and clients
- Analysis of issues to record and identify possible problems
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Liaise effectively with wider IT team
- Respond to queries either in person, via email or over the phone
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Install computer peripherals for users
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer and service focused manner with excellent phone manner
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of current Microsoft technologies (server, desktop and application)
- PC Hardware and peripheral knowledge and skills
- Exceptional documentation skills
- Knowledge of ITIL standards
- Certificate IV in Information Technology
