About the Role:

We have an immediate need for a Casual Grad/Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer to work within our Epicentre team. You will be logging tickets, troubleshooting technical issues and escalating cases when appropriate.

Casual role 3-4 days a week
Night, Morning, Afternoon, Weekday/Weekend shift requirement


You will enjoy working within a fantastic office culture and have the opportunity to enhance your technical skills.

About You:

• CCNA
• Customer service experience essential
• Fluent in English and excellent people and communication skills
• Aptitude and keen desire to learn new technologies
• Logical thinker who is able to problem solve
