Lead .NET Developer | C# & .Net Framework| Sydney CBD | Global Finance Company

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 5+ developers - full stack, front end and back end developers in a Microsoft based environment
Stakeholder management, liaise with stakeholders regarding software/application related queries
Use Agile methodology in implementing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Be pro-active in investigating application issues by consultation with user groups
Responsible for applications deployment, change management, and updates to production environments once final approval is completed

Skills:

Minimum 5 years of design, development, testing and administration experience with .NET applications
Minimum 3 years' experience in mentoring or managing development teams
Experience with ASP.Net, JavaScript (Angular, React or Node) an advantage
Agile experience a MUST
C# and .Net Framework
Previous TDD process experience
